They are NOT all available on every Beanie Baby.

Sixth Generation Tush Tag

First announced at the start of January 1999,
the sixth generation tush tag was made to
make counterfeit beanies harder to make.
Ty made a newsflash that read:

All authentic 1999 Beanie Babies will have a
morphing hologram and disappearing ink on
each Beanie bottom tag.
