When first introduced on
Mother's Day 1997, all
shipments of both Echo and
Waves were sent with both
the tush and heart tag
labeled incorrectly. (All
the Echos had Waves tags
and vica versa.) Although
initially worth only $10 or
so more than the correct
tagged Beanie, this
mismarked version is sure
to increase dramatically.

Echo the dolphin lives in the sea
Playing with her friends, like ou and me
Through the waves she echoes the sound
"I'm so glad to have you around!"

Echo the Dolphin was introduced May 11, 1997.
Echo the Dolphin retired May 1, 1998.

Her birthday is December 21, 1996.
