Although some collectors
differentiate between the
slighest color variations
in Patti, I prefer to refer
to the darker Patti as the
magenta platypus. Color
variations are so slight
and can be noticed only by
close scrutiny.

Patti with the first
generation hang tag is one
of the original nine.

Ran into Patti one day while walking
Believe me she wouldn't stop talking!
Listened and listened to her speak
That would explain her extra large beak!

Patti the Playtus was introduced in 1993.
Patti the magenta Playtus retired in 1995.
Patti the purple Playtus retired May 1, 1998.

Her birthday is January 6, 1993.
